The classes we run are dynamic and follow a sequence of postures that aim to improve both flexibility and strength. Every class we offer includes breathing exercises and practices, periods of long relaxation and asana positions. It doesn’t matter if you are new to Yoga or have years of experience, we promise that every student will receive individual care and attention that is suited to them.
Workshops are a bit different to our regular classes because they offer you a great way to explore new styles and deepen existing practices – typically, we tend to see more progress being made during these sessions.
